A 7.3-liter V8 gives the Super Duty up to 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. The other option is a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 diesel that increases horsepower to 475 and torque to 1,050 pound-feet. The diesel and dual axle combination is good for up to 18,000 pounds of towing capacity with more than 7,000 pounds carried in the bed.
